As the Burlington Central High School athletic programs prepare for the jump to Class AA competition, the school has turned to an experienced veteran and an experienced rookie to lead two of its programs.

Pending approval by the District 301 school board Monday night, Central athletic director Dan Cliffe said Saturday that Marv Leavitt would take over the girls volleyball program and Tony Rigitano the wrestling program.

Leavitt will replace Jason Yormark, who resigned midway through last season amid an Internet Web site controversy. Rigitano takes over for longtime wrestling coach Kip Crandall, who ...
