Q After seeing last month's Back To Basics video on installing a new sound card and speakers (see April's cover CD), I bought myself a new sound card and speakers. I've never upgraded an internal PC component before, and see that you advocate discharging static electricity to avoid damaging my PC's components. Just what steps should I be taking?
