The six-member dance group Twisted Elegance won the "Showtime at the Apollo on Tour" competition this past weekend in Cincinnati and an invitation to perform at the world famous Apollo Theater in New York City.

The group, made up of students from several of the city's high schools, won out over 15 other acts (mostly vocalists), in the competition/show at the Aronoff Center.

Twisted Elegance received a $1,000 cash prize and two round-trip tickets within the continental U.S. on American Airlines.
