KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- At the Kansas City Southern (KCS) (NYSE:KSU) annual meeting of shareholders on May 5, 2005, Paul J. Weyandt was elected senior vice president finance and treasurer. In addition to providing oversight of KCS' treasury, insurance, taxes, credit and collections functions, Mr. Weyandt is serving as interim chief financial officer of TFM, S.A. de C.V. until a permanent chief financial officer is named later this year.
Mr. Weyandt joined KCS in 2001 as vice president and treasurer. Prior to joining KCS, he was a consultant to the Structured Finance Group of GE Capital Corporation and spent 23 years with BNSF Railway and its predecessor The ...
