O'Neill Properties and Strategic Realty Investments LLC announced that Popular Mortgage Servicing, a new subsidiary of Popular Financial Holdings, Inc., will relocate some 200 mortgage servicing employees to the Woodcrest Corporate Center in Cherry Hill, N.J. Popular Mortgage Servicing joins as lead tenant at Woodcrest, the region's premier 'Tier One' operations center, offering employers some 330,000 s/f.--about eight acres of space--within a single-story floor plate. The lease is for 57,000 s/f, bringing Woodcrest's occupancy to 273,000 s/f for 1,500 employees.
