The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) yesterday vowed to continue pursuing through peaceful means a durable and comprehensive resolution of the Mindanao conflict.
In the same vein, the separatist Muslim rebels, fighting for an Islamic state in Mindanao, homeland to the Bangsamoro people, allayed fears that a final peace agreement would exclude the non-MILF fighters. Al-Hajj Murad Ebrahim, MILF chairman, made these assurances on the second day of the three-day consultations that will end today, May 31, in Camp Darapanan, Crossing Simuay, Sultan Kudarat town, Maguindanao.
