May 13--With pages full of celebrity parties, high fashion and the impossibly beautiful people of South Beach, Ocean Drive magazine has spent a dozen years chronicling one of the world's trendiest hot spots. While competitors have come and gone, Ocean Drive has grown into a publishing powerhouse.
