A robber who implied he was armed stuck up a Vernon Hills bank Thursday morning, making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robbery occurred about 9:55 a.m. at LaSalle Bank, 515 E. Town Line Road.
No one was hurt, although the female teller who was robbed was traumatized and examined by paramedics, authorities said.
