WASHINGTON, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) "turned over the keys" today to Forest City Washington for the phased development of 44 acres at the Southeast Federal Center on the banks of the Anacostia River in southeast Washington, D.C.
