CHICAGO, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Glazer's Distributors Chairman Bennett Glazer is pleased to announce that, effective August 1, 2005, Johnson Brothers Illinois operations will become a division of Union Beverage Company in Illinois. Johnson Brothers will continue to provide management services during the transition.
Glazer's Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Barkley Stuart said, "We are extremely excited that we are bringing the Johnson Brothers business into Union's base of operations in Illinois.
