Concept: Raised in Colombia and fluent in both Spanish and English, Annette Taddeo started LanguageSpeak in 2001; since then, the Miami company has grown 200% a year. "I don't see us slowing down," says Taddeo, the company's president and CEO. Her seven-member staff and 275 independent contractors handle translation, teaching and interpreting jobs all over the world in more than 40 languages.
