SAN FRANCISCO -- The Department of Industrial Relations' (DIR) acting director John Rea has announced that Governor Schwarzenegger has appointed Robert Pacheco, 70, of Walnut, to DIR's Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board in the public member seat.
