TOKYO, June 3 Asia Pulse - Taiyo Ink Mfg. Co. (TSE:4626) has developed a resist ink for printed circuit boards that is so good at conducting heat away from chips that it eliminates the need for a heat sink on the CPU in small devices like cellular phones.
The PSR-4000HS Series resist inks boast a heat conductivity value of 2.8, which is more than 10 times as high as conventional resist inks.
