In December, NCCM(SW) Mike Doyle, PACFLT Career Counselor, presented Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Pearl Harbor with the 2004 COMPACFLT Retention Excellence Award.
The award recognizes those commands whose retention rate among enlisted personnel meets or exceeds a specific level.
