The Morris County Economic Development Corporation recently honored CB Richard Ellis at its 13th Annual Partnership in Economic Development Awards luncheon, on Friday, May 6 at the Hilton Parsippany.

The annual luncheon recognizes companies and real estate professionals who have significantly contributed to Morris county's economic development.

Executive vice president of CBRE, Jeff Babikian, was bestowed with the prestigious Real Estate Broker Award--Industrial/Flex, for his 217,000 s/f transaction on behalf of BMW North America in Mount Olive, N.J.
