WYOMISSING, Pa. (FNS) -- VF Corp. has completed its previously announced purchase of the innerwear firms Vives Vidal SA of Barcelona, Spain, and Joan Bellanger Enterprises, its Paris affiliate, for about $154 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, VF paid $115 million for the outstanding stock of the two firms and assumed about $39 million in outstanding debt.
Combined annual sales of Vives Vidal and JBE amount to about $150 million.
