Article: GSK Consumer Healthcare Settles Lawsuit With Nicodrops, Inc.

PITTSBURGH, June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Consumer Healthcare has entered into a voluntary settlement with Nicodrops International, Inc., the maker of Nicodrops herbal dietary supplements, on a lawsuit involving Lanham Act false advertising and unfair competition claims relating to the Nicodrops product. The lawsuit, which was originally filed in Federal district court on February 8, 2005, was settled to the mutual satisfaction of the parties with no admission of liability.
