Jun. 4--Does it ever seem odd that you're getting charged twice to use the ATM once?

Many consumers and consumer advocate groups not only think it's odd, but unfair, and, surprisingly, so do some banks.

Financial institutions are increasingly offering to reimburse customers for other banks' ATM fees. The incentive, banks believe, will help to attract and retain clients in their ever-competitive industry.
