MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. -- Oki Data Americas, Inc., a leading provider of innovative products, services, and solutions marketed under the OKI(R) Printing Solutions brand, today reported that its customer support center has exceeded the industry average in customer satisfaction.
In follow-up phone calls that surveyed individuals who received customer service support through 1-800 OKI-DATA from January - March 2005, respondents indicated 89 percent overall satisfaction, surpassing the industry benchmark set by SERVICE 800. In March, overall customer satisfaction was 90 percent.
