Jun. 7--POTSDAM -- The tunes remain the same, but they will be heard in a different location.
Strawberry Fields recently moved down the block after being housed the past eight years at Market and Main streets. The new location gives the record store, named after a well-known Beatles song, a fresh identity.
"It gives us a new look and definitely will be more interesting," owner Christian R. Parker said.
Renovation work has taken place over the last week at 8 Market St., with an opening expected in early July, Parker said. The space was formerly occupied by the Wearhouse, a clothing store.
