Analysts say shares of Citigroup (C) aren't trading at their potential, and this is one Dow component to consider buying.
Evan Momios, who covers Citigroup for Standard & Poor's, says the company's revenue growth and profitability prospects aren't reflected in its share price. He rates the stock a "strong buy."
Citigroup hasn't been taint-free in recent years, though. The company wrote off 95 cents a share last year because of its involvement in a scandal in Japan, its role in promoting WorldCom and other misdeeds.
