Citigroup: Underappreciated Potential.

Analysts say shares of Citigroup (C) aren't trading at their potential, and this is one Dow component to consider buying.

Evan Momios, who covers Citigroup for Standard & Poor's, says the company's revenue growth and profitability prospects aren't reflected in its share price. He rates the stock a "strong buy."
