EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 2005--BT Infonet, a leading provider of global communications services for multinationals, today announced the availability of a new cost-effective, Internet-based SWIFT connectivity option for financial institutions in remote locations.
Available today in 21 countries, BT Infonet's ISP-local loop (ISP-LL) service enables access to SWIFT's secure IP network by leveraging a local loop between a local Internet Service Provider and the nearest BT Infonet access point.
