Crashing parties is not an activity that rates high on Oregon junior Eric Mitchum's list of priorities.

The school record-holder in the 110-meter high hurdles will make an exception this week, however, as he prepares to compete in the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, which open Wednesday in Sacramento.

The three fastest collegiate hurdlers in the nation - and four of the top five - all hail from the Southeastern Conference.
