(Nasdaq: ELBO) announced today that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, relating to their proposed merger transaction expired as of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, June 8, 2005.
