Sex sells. That makes adult Web sites among the Net's most popular, so popular in fact that the board of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN)--the folks that govern the Net--has agreed to give adult Web sites their own red light district on the Net. ICANN has begun deliberations on the technical and commercial terms for establishing an ".xxx" domain by year-end.
