Introduction
Having the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do your job is only half the battle. The true mark of a professional is how well he or she is able to get along with co-workers, colleagues, and management staff. Dilbert creator Scott Adams suggests that people who make things hard for their co-workers are incompetent and, consequently, should be removed.
