Jun. 8--TWIN FALLS -- Shirlee Mabencamp likes living with her cousin while she attends the College of Southern Idaho because she stays virtually rent-free -- she only has to pay her share of the utility bills.
But Mabencamp, 20, lives across town from the CSI campus, and driving to class every day just to search for parking can be a pain.
"It'd be nice to live closer to campus," said Mabencamp, who's majoring in elementary education.
In the fall, Mabencamp and her fellow CSI students will have another option for student housing near the college. The Campus Park student housing development at the corner of Falls ...
