Touring cruisers fulfill with a special duty. They must allow us to travel in the style with which we're accustomed while helping us maintain a level of comfort as we rack up miles beyond those that the typical cruiser travels. While some manufacturers may call them light-duty tourers, or luxo-cruisers, touring cruisers are more than capable of handling any chore, from a quick trip to the store to that three-week cross-country tour. The only real difference between the Nomad and a fully dressed tourer is the lack of a trunk and sound system.
