Jun. 12--Following a recent meeting of the board of directors of Renasant Bank chairman and CEO E. Robinson McGraw announced that David Mays and Jeff Pedron were elected division vice presidents, Chris Womack was elected vice president and Stacey Ducote and Sandra McClure were elected assistant vice presidents.
--Mays, a native of Albertville, Ala., is the bank's mortgage lendingdirector and is based in the Birmingham office. He has 16 years of retail banking and mortgage lending experience.
