Jun. 12--Is "Little London" becoming "Little Los Angeles?"

In the late 19th century, Colorado Springs was sometimes referred to as Little London, because of the number of British citizens who relocated there. Today, its rapid growth is creating pressures familiar to large Western cities like Los Angeles: traffic congestion, environmental concerns and the need to import water.
