SAN ANTONIO -- Once again, the San Antonio Spurs had Manu the Magnificent. But they also rolled out their version of Bruce Almighty.
Guard Manu Ginobili continued his impressive play with a game-most 27 points, but most surprising was forward Bruce Bowen scoring 15 points in the Spurs' 97-76 win Sunday night against the Detroit Pistons in Game 2 of the NBA Finals at the SBC Center.
Yes, the same Bowen who went scoreless in Game 1. But the defensive specialist came up big as the Spurs took a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.
