IN SPRING, SNAPDRAGONS in luscious sherbet colors adorn Lee Moomaw's front garden in Virginia Beach.
"I don't know how anybody could resist these flowers," Moomaw said.
With yellow roses in the background and blue salvias next door, the pink, yellow, fuchsia, and stupendous coral and yellow snapdragons are pretty enough to stop everybody in their tracks.
Moomaw's snapdragons seem to be bigger and brighter than most this time of year, and she said it is because she buys and plants her snapdragons in the fall. Like pansies here, snapdragons are cool ...
