Agrarian Policy Ministry wants to take 6 mn tonnes of grain-2005 from market to keep prices
Kyiv, June 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The Industrial Policy Ministry of Ukraine believes it is necessary to buy 6 million tonnes of grain harvested in 2005 during the excessive offer for regional and state reserves to avert price collapse.
"We need to remove 6 million tonnes of grain from the market to keep prices," Agrarian Policy Minister Oleksandr Baranivsky told a press conference on Monday, June 13.
