CHICAGO, June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Alaron Trading Corporation announced today that Mr. Jason Carver has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer for Alaron Trading Corp. Mr. Carver will take up his position immediately as CFO.

Mr. Carver takes up his role after serving as the Vice President and CFO for Banc of America Futures, Inc., which is the Futures Commission Merchant and a Broker Dealer for Bank of America. His fourteen years of financial services experience have included positions as the Business Finance Officer for the Global Exchange Arbitrage unit of Bank of America and as a Capital Markets Analyst for Amresco, Inc.
