Jun. 15--Continued growth in Colorado Springs could pay the bills for developing the water, roads and other infrastructure needed to meet that growth. Or, as some fear, it could put more burden on those already living in the city.

"A lot of it is going to be driven by the military," said Jeff Crank, senior vice president of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.
