NEW YORK, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company announced today that it has resolved the investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Jersey relating to wholesaler inventory and various accounting matters, in a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (Agreement) with the government. The government will not pursue its filed criminal complaint if it is satisfied after two years that the company has complied with all of the terms of the Agreement.
