Jeffery Liker's The Toyota Way: 14 Management Principles from the World's Greatest Manufacturer has given full voice to the most envied and admired management principles in contemporary industrial manufacturing. Surprisingly, organizations from all industries--from Internet startups to hospitals to universities--are successfully implementing these principles with resounding success. (1) How can these principles be transferred and implemented in the special library?
