INTERFAX-EUROPE - The Hungarian government recognizes the need for EU budget reform but remains committed to farm subsidies under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), said minister for EU affairs Etele Barath in a joint press conference with foreign minister Laszlo Somogyi and British ambassador John Nichols on Monday.
