JACKSONVILLE, Fla., June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Specialty Disease Management Services Inc. (SDM) today announced that its contract to provide disease management services to Amelia Island Plantation resort has been extended through December 2007. Specialty Disease Management has been providing disease management services to the Fernandina Beach, Florida-based resort's 1100 employees and their dependents since July 2002.
