RULEVILLE -- The community development efforts of Delta Southern Bank, a community development financial institution, continues with additional grants for the revitalization of downtown Ruleville and downtown Drew.
The citizens of Ruleville wanted to promote the continued revitalization of its downtown business area. In 2004, the Delta Southern made a grant for substantial improvements to the downtown business district. The citizens of Ruleville felt that help was needed with the improvements to the historic Ruleville Depot, which houses the Chamber of Commerce office and is used for other public purposes.
