SAN DIEGO -- Kintera(R), Inc. (Nasdaq:KNTA), the leading provider of software as a service to the nonprofit industry, today announced the signing of an agreement with Franklin Templeton Investments (www.franklintempleton.com) to administer its donor advised fund (DAF) program called the Franklin Templeton Charitable Giving Fund(TM).
Kintera, in conjunction with the Renaissance Charitable Foundation (www.reninc.com), will provide Franklin Templeton with web-based software as well as sales support for the firm's DAF product.
