DURHAM, N.C. -- Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPH) announced today recent developments in its cystic fibrosis (CF) program, including three presentations being made by Inspire executives at the 28th European Cystic Fibrosis Society Conference being held June 22 - 25 in Crete, Greece.
