$75 Million in Capital Will Be Available for Small Business
PROVIDENCE, R.I., June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sovereign Bank today announced a new program that will provide low cost loans to Rhode Island small businesses. The Sovereign Job Foundation Loan Program for Rhode Island will provide up to $75 million in loans at favorable rates for small businesses with revenues of up to $10 million.
The announcement was made today at Sovereign's Rhode Island headquarters in downtown Providence by Sovereign Bank Rhode Island Market President and CEO Steven J. Issa who was joined by Governor Donald L. Carcieri and other members of the business community.
