Folklife Festival's Food Culture USA Celebrates History of Food
BOULDER, Colo., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2005 Smithsonian Folklife Festival celebrates the story of food in America with elaborate displays and live presentations on how food makes it from the field to the family dinner table. Silk Soymilk and Horizon Organic will be featured in the artesian food section during the 10-day event, which takes place on the National Mall from June 23 through June 27 and June 30 through July 4.
