For years, our industry has relied on spraying, fogging, baiting, trapping and fumigating to resolve pest concerns at residential and commercial accounts. Our daily efforts usually work the surface of pest problems faced by clients, however. We make recommendations regarding cleaning, sanitation, maintenance and product rotation, but we don't provide accountability or resources for clients to complete these tasks. The results are dissatisfied clients who will go through a number of pest management firms without solving the root issues of their pest problems.
