CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- CFA Institute today announced that Dr. Jan R. Squires, CFA, has been promoted to managing director of Asia-Pacific operations. In this newly created position, Squires will manage all CFA Institute activities in the Asia-Pacific region from the organization's office in Hong Kong.
Squires has worked at CFA Institute since 1999 as head of examination development, a key position that oversees the construction of all three levels of the CFA examination. His responsibilities also include consulting on CFA curriculum development, planning for CFA examination grading, and promoting CFA Institute activities on a global basis.
