MARLBOROUGH, Mass. -- North East Waste Services, Inc. announced today that it has completed a series of acquisitions of New Jersey based companies that specialize in the long haul transportation and disposal of non-hazardous waste materials, primarily from transfer stations in New Jersey and New York to landfills in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Ohio and Virginia. The acquisitions include the operations of PDC Disposal Company, David J. Martinez (DJM) Trucking and Pontie Disposal Company. The acquired companies have been customers of North East for several years.
