NEENAH, Wis. -- Outlook Group Corp. (Nasdaq:OUTL) today announced that it has signed a three-year contract with Dakota Gourmet Inc. of Wahpeton, North Dakota.
Outlook Group will be the exclusive provider of flexible packaging for sunflower kernels, toasted corn and dry roasted soybeans sold under the Dakota Gourmet(R) and Giant Snacks brand names. Outlook Group will also manage Dakota Gourmet's packaging inventory. The parties estimate that the value of the contract is approximately $500,000 per year.
