Shanghai to build country's largest coastal wind power project
Shanghai. June 29 INTERFAX-CHINA - A senior official with Shanghai Economic and Trade Commission said that Shanghai was planning a 100 MW coastal wind power plant along side the East Sea Bridge. It will be the largest coastal wind power plant in the country.
"The project will comprise of a series of 3,000 kW wind power generation units," Chen Zhengqian, the vice-director of Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Department under the commission, said at a press conference on Wednesday.
