101communications (Chatsworth, CA), the producer often magazines and more than 30 conferences for various segments of the information technology market, has acquired "T.H.E. Journal" and related assets from ETC Group (Tustin, CA), the holding company that produces the journal. No terms of the deal were given.
"T.H.E. Journal," founded in 1972 as "Technological Horizons in Education," is dedicated to covering the application of technology to the instructional and administrative learning environment.
